Registration Guideline

* All participants must register to attend the ASGRS 2023.
* On-site registration is available.
* Registration will only be confirmed until after the payment of registration fee is fully received.
* Registration confirmation mail will be sent to you via e-mail immediately, but if you didn't receive it,
  please confirm spam mail box or contact to ASGRS 2023 Secretariat(asgrs.office@gmail.com).

* Once your registration gets accepted, you can receive the news of the symposium by e-mail.

* Payment for the registration will be accepted by the following methods.

Cancellation & Refund

* Cancellation must be notified until June 11th, 2023 to ASGRS 2023 Secretariat via e-mail (asgrs.office@gmail.com).
* All refunds will be made after the ASGRS 2023 for administrative reasons and all remittance charge will be deducted
  from the refunded amount.
