How to Submit Abstract
* Please follow the instructions listed on this website step-by-step
- • Abstracts must be submitted in English via the ASGRS 2023 website.
- • Authors may further edit and modify their abstracts until the submission deadlines.
- • All required fields must be completely filled with correct information.
- • Keywords mut be typed at least 3 words.
- • Figures and Tables are available to upload maximum 3 files with JPG, JPEG and TIFF format.
- • There will be no additional editing after the submission deadlines.
- • Presented abstracts will be published in the abstract book.
- • All presenting authors of accepted abstracts are required to register online by the registration deadline.
- • Confirmation of abstract submission will be send to the submitter via e-mail.
Abstract Preparation
* Before you begin, please prepare the following information
- • Presenting author's contact details
- - Email address
- - Full postal address
- - Daytime and evening phone number
- • Author and co-authors' details
- - Full first and family name(s).
- - Authors' names must be in upper and lower case (John B Smith).
- - Affiliation details: department, institution / hospital, city, state (if relevant), country
- • Abstract title - Limited to 100 Character

• Abstract text - Limited to 350 words, including acknowledgements.
- - We recommend using word-processing software (for example, Word) for editing your abstract and counting the number of words.
- • Abstracts must clearly state:
• Purpose or Background
• Method or Case
• Results or Progress
• Conclusion or Discussion
