How to Submit Abstract

* Please follow the instructions listed on this website step-by-step


  1. • Abstracts must be submitted in English via the ASGRS 2023 website.
  2. • Authors may further edit and modify their abstracts until the submission deadlines.
  3. • All required fields must be completely filled with correct information.
  4. • Keywords mut be typed at least 3 words.
  5. • Figures and Tables are available to upload maximum 3 files with JPG, JPEG and TIFF format.
  6. • There will be no additional editing after the submission deadlines.
  7. • Presented abstracts will be published in the abstract book.
  8. • All presenting authors of accepted abstracts are required to register online by the registration deadline.
  9. • Confirmation of abstract submission will be send to the submitter via e-mail.

Abstract Preparation

* Before you begin, please prepare the following information

  1. • Presenting author's contact details
    • - Email address
    • - Full postal address
    • - Daytime and evening phone number
  2. • Author and co-authors' details
    • - Full first and family name(s).
    • - Authors' names must be in upper and lower case (John B Smith).
    • - Affiliation details: department, institution / hospital, city, state (if relevant), country
  3. • Abstract title - Limited to 100 Character
  4. • Abstract text - Limited to 350 words, including acknowledgements.
    • - We recommend using word-processing software (for example, Word) for editing your abstract and counting the number of words.
  5. • Abstracts must clearly state:
• Purpose or Background • Method or Case • Results or Progress • Conclusion or Discussion
